For MSPs and vCIOs
Add a governance practice to your client base.
Deliver a complete compliance program to each of your clients: obligations, policies, controls, vendors, evidence, and AI governance, on one platform that carries your firm's name. Run every client from a single portfolio, and pay per client you add.
We sell only through partners, never around you to your clients. Built by Anapto, an AI governance consultancy that delivers this way itself.
One program covering the frameworks and laws your clients answer to
Our own SOC 2 program runs inside ClarityGRC. Our auditor sees the same screens you would. First MSP partner onboarded June 2026.
Why now
More of your clients need a real compliance program.
The demands keep growing
Examiners, enterprise customers, and insurers expect a documented program: obligations tracked, policies in force, controls tested, and evidence on hand. AI governance is now on that list too.
Security is not compliance
Most MSPs can secure a network. Running a governance, risk, and compliance program, with AI governance included, is a different discipline, and clients are asking who can do it.
You already have the relationship
You hold the trust and the access. ClarityGRC gives you the platform to turn that into a managed compliance practice, without hiring a compliance team.
For your practice
One platform for every client you take on.
Every client in one portfolio
Add a client and they appear with their own isolated program and posture score. Your advisors see across every client; each client sees only their own.
Delivered under your brand
Client dashboards and reports carry your firm's name alongside Powered by ClarityGRC. The work looks like your practice, because it is.
Priced per client, not per engagement
The platform does the program work, so revenue is not capped by how many engagements your team can staff. Add a client, it is on.
What your clients get
A complete program, not a checklist with a dashboard.
Everything flows from one place: the client's profile. Answer it well and the platform builds the program, the rules that apply, the work they create, the evidence that proves it, and the documents that show it. You deliver it; the platform does the heavy lifting.
GRC program management
A dated obligation register, policies, controls, vendors, findings, and exam-ready evidence, generated from a short client profile.

A compliance check your clients' AI agents call before they act, scoped per client, with every request on the record.
Learn moreSOC 2
The Trust Services Criteria as an adoptable control set your clients own, test, and evidence, with AI in scope.
Learn moreTwelve industries
A researched regulation catalog for each of your clients' industries, from banking to healthcare to defense.
Learn moreWhy ClarityGRC
Built for a practice, not a single program.
Software-scalable, not labor-bound
The obligation register, reg watch, AI drafting, and exam packs are built in, so your margin is not capped by billable hours.
A real multi-client portal
Provision a client in minutes and run the whole book from one view. No new instance to stand up per client.
A regulatory watch you curate
Every week the platform scans for new and pending rules, federal and state. You approve what reaches each client.
Isolation you can prove
Per-client row-level security enforced in the database and regression-tested on every release, plus audit trail, legal hold, and MFA.
An outside expert carries weight.
A program delivered and reviewed by a trusted outside firm carries credibility an internal effort often cannot. ClarityGRC gives you a real one to stand behind, so your clients get governance they trust from the partner they already rely on.
FAQ
Partner questions, answered straight.
What is ClarityGRC?
A governance, risk, and compliance platform built around AI governance, designed for MSPs and vCIOs to deliver to their clients. Each client gets an isolated program: a tracked AI inventory, documented approval gates, a generated obligation register, and policies, risks, controls, vendors, and evidence in one place. You manage the whole book from one portfolio.
Do you sell directly to our clients?
No. ClarityGRC goes to market through partners. We do not sell around you to your clients, and the controls for moving a client between organizations are platform-admin only. Your client relationship stays yours.
How does pricing work?
A flat monthly subscription billed to you, the partner: three tiers from $99 a month, each with a set number of clients included and a per-client rate beyond that. Your own organization is free on every tier, with no per-seat or per-framework fees. ClarityGRC for AI Agents is a separate add-on, priced per governed client or flat across your book. Full numbers are on the pricing page; partner terms come from a short conversation.
Can our clients see each other?
No. Every client is isolated with database-enforced row-level security, verified by an automated regression suite on every release. Your advisors see across all your clients; each client sees only their own program.
Is it co-branded?
Your firm's name appears on the client surfaces and deliverables, alongside Powered by ClarityGRC. The work looks like your practice because it is; the platform is the engine behind it.
Which frameworks and industries does it cover?
The control library is crosswalked to NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, and HIPAA, with researched regulation catalogs for twelve industries from banking and mortgage to healthcare, defense, and general business. SOC 2, ISO 27001, and US state privacy are built-in control frameworks your clients can adopt and evidence, each with its own readiness view.
Make governance a line of business.
Bring your client base to a partner conversation, and we will map how a co-branded GRC and AI governance practice would run.
Pricing is published. Partner onboarding runs through a short demo, no quote runaround.
